In this book cover (The Greatest Gatsby), special letters have been chosen for the cover and back. The G is from Gatsby and the N is from Nick (the narrator of the story). The drawing of the letter G expresses the background of the time when the book was published (contradictions and antagonisms between society and family). The drawing of the letter N shows the living conditions of people in that era (the gap between the rich and the poor, the rich indulge in eros while the poor have nothing to eat).
